Professional Engineering Groups, Inc., is
a professional consulting engineering corporation dedicated to providing
innovative engineering design and construction services for many different
types of facilities with special
knowledge of the Telecommunications Network and related computer and data
facilities. Professional Engineering
Groups, Inc., is the successor to The Parks Engineering Groups, Inc. and
Cater & Parks, Inc., a professional engineering company, established in
1977, which provided mechanical and electrical engineering services to the
telecommunications, commercial, healthcare, and industrial communities, as
well as the Telecommunications Network. At the beginning of 1992, the company
name was changed to The Parks Engineering Groups, Inc. and was led by Mr.
Parks with a very directed vision of quality engineering service for their
clients.
In 1998 ownership of Parks Engineering
Groups, Inc., was transferred to Mr. Ron Head
with Mr. Parks remaining as a Consultant and a member of the Board of
Directors. At the end of 2001, the
company name was changed to Professional Engineering Groups, Inc.

Primary Areas of Work

Professional Engineering Groups office is
located in Trussville, Alabama. From this location, engineering
services are provided to clients in the United
States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin
Islands with a majority of the work in the southern region.

Automated Office Facilities
|
Drawings are produced using current
versions of AutoCAD graphics software, installed on workstations, all
networked to file servers. Professional Engineering Groups also uses the
latest technology in engineering calculation programs for lighting levels,
short circuit analysis, breaker coordination, and prediction of ground
systems effectiveness to assist their design process.
